Hey, I’m Christina ~ a women-only strength coach who believes fitness should add to your life, not take over it.

I work with women who want to feel strong, confident, and proud of their bodies ~ without fad diets, extremes, or constant restarts. If you’ve ever felt intimidated by the gym, stuck in diet cycles, or unsure what actually works, you’re in the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Many women I work with are new to strength training or lack confidence in the gym. Everything is tailored to your experience and built up gradually.

  • My coaching is primarily online, which allows me to support women wherever they are. I also offer a limited number of face-to-face PT sessions for local clients. If you’re interested in in-person training, you can mention this in your application or message me directly.

  • No. I don’t believe in extreme or restrictive approaches. Nutrition support is realistic, flexible, and designed to improve your relationship with food while supporting your goals.

  • Lite Coaching offers structure, guidance, and weekly accountability with more independence. Full Coaching provides deeper support, more regular feedback, and hands-on guidance across training, nutrition, and habits. If you’re unsure which is right for you, we can decide together.

  • Yes. All of my coaching services are designed exclusively for women, creating a supportive, judgement-free space to build strength and confidence.

  • Coaching works best when given time to build habits and consistency. Commitment lengths vary depending on the service, and this will be discussed during the application process.

  • That’s completely normal. You can apply for coaching or message me on WhatsApp, and I’ll help you decide which option best suits your goals, lifestyle, and level of support.
